Valet Fetch is an internet based service for businesses that provide valet parking service for their customers.
            (for example clubs, hospitals, hotels, malls, restaurants, parties and sporting events)

This is how it works for parking:

Step 1: Customer pulls up to valet station and transacts with the valet. (normal procedure)

Step 2: Valet parks vehicle and returns to the valet station with keys and ticket. (normal procedure)

Step 3: When customer is ready to leave establishment they have 4 options (3 with their mobile phone):

Option 1: Browse to www.vfetch.com and enter parking ticket serial number which is verified and a response is displayed.

Option 2: Text ticket serial number to a local specified telephone number (ie. 214.555.5555) which is verified and a response is texted back.

Option 3: Phone in ticket serial number to a local specified telephone number (ie. 214.555.5555) which is verified and a response is spoken back.

Option 4: Hand ticket to valet and wait for vehicle to be fetched. (normal option)

Step 4: The valet(s) for that specfic valet station is notified by text to fetch vehicle corresponding to ticket number. (altered procedure)

Step 5: Valet fetches vehicle before customer arrives at valet station for departure. (altered procedure)

Step 6: Customer arrives to staging area with a big smile on their face because their vehicle is ready to roll. (altered procedure)

Step 7: Valet opens the doors for customer, recieves a great tip and sends the customer on their way. (normal procedure)

This is how it works for registration:

Step 1: User signs up at www.valetfetch.com/userssignup

Step 2: You will receive an email with login instructions.

Step 3: Login and create a new Valet Company.

Step 4: Contact Valet Fetch to complete the set up process.

Step 5: After set up is completed, enter employee and customer information in the system.

Step 6: Create valet tickets in the system.

Step 7: You will need to contact Valet Fetch by phone or email about printing the new tickets to work with the service.

Valet tickets have a unique number that is printed and not stamped so the cost of the tickets is higher.

We are not in the ticket printing business but we print them so that they are configured to work properly with service.

Once you receive your tickets you can start using Valet Fetch.
